Transparency International-UK seeks its next Chief Executive at a pivotal moment for the organisation, and the global anti-corruption movement. For more than 30 years, Transparency International UK has worked to expose and prevent corruption so that no one in the UK and where the UK has influence has to suffer its consequences. TI-UK works with the UK and devolved governments, parliamentarians, civil society and the private sector to tackle corruption at home, addressing the UK’s global corruption footprint and helping multinational companies prevent corruption by operating with integrity. It is a member of the Transparency International global movement, which operates in 100 countries worldwide. TI-UK hosts two major global programmes tackling corruption in the defence & security, and global health sectors on behalf of the wider Transparency International movement.

The Chief Executive will lead through the four key programmatic areas of TI-UK: UK public policy; integrity in business; and the two global programmes, defence & security, and global health. TI-UK seeks a highly capable, ambitious Chief Executive, who will be responsible for enhancing the impact of its four programmes in service of its mission; will lead the management of a high-performing, high-profile organisation; will serve as the principal ambassador and spokesperson for TI-UK; and will lead its fundraising work, ensuring that ambition is matched by resources and capabilities.

Compelling candidates will bring a successful track record as an executive leader of an organisation with analogous breadth of programmes, reach, and profile. They should be a successful representative and communicator, working through influence rather than campaigns. They should be a successful fundraiser, and have worked across commercial, donor fundraising, and partnerships. They should be knowledgeable in at least one of TI-UK’s programmatic areas, and capable of leading programme directors working in fields outside of their own area of expertise. Finally, TI-UK is seeking a Chief Executive of unquestionable integrity who is deeply committed to its mission and values.
