Applying for a vacancy
Current vacancies are advertised here. We do not accept speculative applications/ submissions of CVs.
We use a recruitment platform Applied. This promotes fairness, inclusivity and diversity. With anonymised applications and predictive, skill-based assessments, the system aims to address bias and provide a positive and efficient recruitment process. You can find more details on their website beapplied.com.
After you apply, answers go through our sift process: all are anonymised, randomised and then reviewed by a panel of reviewers. Your CV does not form part of the sift process and you should therefore take the time to answer the specific questions fully and where appropriate with your relevant evidence.
The platform also asks some demographic questions before you start your application. We will not see individual responses to these questions. Only summary statistics are provided to help us ensure our candidate pool is balanced and if everyone has an equal chance to get hired irrespective of their background. If you prefer, you can easily opt out of answering these questions.
Please feel confident to share with us any seen or unseen disability or long-term health condition so that we can consider any adjustments we may need to make to allow you to participate to your best in our recruitment process and if your successful on joining us.
As part of our recruitment, your personal data will be collected, processed and stored. The TI-UK privacy policy sets out how we meet our data protection obligations.
We appreciate the time that candidates take to complete applications and to attend interviews. All applicants will receive feedback on the status of their application.
Internships
We do not offer unpaid internships. We pay a living wage and provide for a structured role to allow for skills, knowledge and experience to be developed. Internship vacancies will be advertised here.
