The UK’s anti-corruption landscape is entering a new phase. With refreshed political focus and increasing coordination across enforcement bodies, this event will explore what the next chapter of the UK’s approach to anti-corruption will look like for business. We will hear about the roles and priorities of key agencies, including the Joint Anti-Corruption Unit (JACU), the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), focusing on how anti-corruption enforcement is acting as a springboard for broader action across fraud, economic crime and governance reform.

As enforcement expectations rise, businesses are under pressure to demonstrate robust compliance frameworks, proactive and effective preventative measures. We will discuss how organisations can allocate resources strategically, strengthen internal capability, and respond to the clear drive from regulators and prosecutors to ramp up enforcement.

It’s in this context, we’ll discuss where anti-bribery and corruption enforcement is headed and the resources needed to respond strategically to changing anti-corruption landscape
