Development Internship

  • Full time (35 hrs pw)
  • Internship: 6 months
  • Remuneration: £17,745 per annum
  • Location: Borough, London

About the Role 

Transparency International UK (TI-UK) is the country’s leading anti-corruption non-governmental organisation, and is part of a global coalition sharing one vision: a world in which government, business, civil society and the daily lives of people are free of corruption. We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to support our Head of Development at a busy and exciting time.

The role will involve a mixture of administrative and creative tasks, including:

  • Supporting with drafting project proposals and donor reports
  • Drafting donor communications such as thank you letters and emails, utilising existing documents
  • Recording donor information on TI-UK’s database system (Salesforce)
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Development
  • Assist TI-UK events on an ad hoc basis 

About the Individual:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Great writing skills
  • An aptitude for communicating complex ideas in creative and engaging ways
  • Interest in the CSO/NGO sector and in the issues TI-UK works on
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills (familiar with MS Office)
  • Experience with a CRM (such as Salesforce) would be an advantage but is not essential
