If you want a role that makes a real difference in the fight against corruption, come and join the team. We're always on the lookout for talented and passionate people to make a difference.
Every person that works for Transparency International UK plays a part in the fight against corruption. You will be working alongside colleagues that have a shared passion and determination to stop corruption, promote integrity and, to that end, hold power to account for the common good. You will contribute to high quality research that drives improvements to law, regulation, systems and policy to deter and pursue corruption. You will see the benefits in improving practice and promoting change by working alongside policy makers, business and supportive allies to tackle corruption.
We recognise that values are critical to deliver our strategy and we seeks to promote a culture where these are shared and positive behaviours are demonstrated:
We know that our work benefits positively from colleagues who represent in themselves different backgrounds, cultures, education and socio-economic circumstances. We are committed to creating a workplace that promotes equal opportunities and diversity for all. Both during the recruitment process and as an employee we shall do all we can to prevent unlawful discrimination.
Our Code of Conduct, that every employee must agree to, outlines the individual commitment each takes to upholding the highest standards of professional behaviour, ensuring that our workplace remains safe allowing colleagues to perform their work with confidence.
We publish the salary range for every vacancy that we advertise to ensure full transparency during recruitment.
We are a proud signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter and further details on our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion can be found here.
Current vacancies are advertised here. We often highlight vacancies on our social media platforms so please do follow us on these so you are alerted to vacancies as they come up. We use Applied for our recruitment. Applied is a recruitment platform that uses anonymised applications with the aim of removing bias and ensuring a fair recruitment process. Instead of using your CV (alone), we'll be asking you to answer questions to test skills needed for the role and so it is important that you carefully reflect your skills and experience in the answers. The responses are then anonymised, randomised and reviewed by team members. You will be asked to confirm you have not utilised generative AI for your answers. The system provides examples to us of what such an AI response for our specific questions would look like and any we suspect are using this will be marked the lowest score.
The Applied platform also asks some demographic questions before you start your application. Transparency International UK will not see the responses to these demographic questions with your application. We only see summary statistics to help us check if our candidate pool is balanced and if everyone has an equal chance to get hired irrespective of their background. If you prefer, you can easily opt out of answering these questions.
You can find more details on their website beapplied.com.
If on reviewing the job description for our vacant role your experience does not exactly align with every qualification or skill highlighted, we encourage you to apply as we know that candidates can unfairly exclude themselves and no future job description will be exactly like a previous role you may have had.
To ensure fairness and equity to all candidates only advertised vacancies can be applied for. We do not accept speculative submissions of CVs.
We appreciate the time that candidates take to complete applications. All applicants will receive notification from us on the status of your application even if you have not been shortlisted for interview.
Blended Working and Office Space: like many organisations, we are transitioning to new ways of working. To hear about our approach to blended working and details of our office location please see here.
We do not offer unpaid internships. We pay a living wage and provide for a structured role to allow for skills, knowledge and experience to be developed. Internship vacancies will be advertised here.
As part of our recruitment, your personal data will be collected, processed and stored. The TI-UK privacy policy sets out how we meet our data protection obligations.
