Our response to members named in FinCen Leaks

Business Integrity Forum takes very seriously and is investigating the recent allegations in the FinCen leaks and BBC Panorama programme about some of our Business Integrity Forum members.

The forum has a long standing commitment and successful track record of working with FTSE 100 companies and others to put in place best practice anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies to attain the highest standards of integrity.  

Our investigation, as per our procedures, will consider if the named companies have breached our membership principles. We will take the appropriate next steps based on the outcome of this inquiry.
