Our mission is to help organisation improve their anti-corruption capabilities. We work with most types of organisations, be they SMEs, multinationals, public bodies or NGOs. With this in mind, we have designed a number of services that at a basic level can be described as follows
- Review and assessment of existing training materials, policies and procedures; recommendations for improvement and help with identifying gaps
- Benchmarking anti-corruption procedures against other companies as well as against our own rankings;e.g. benchmarking study against an agreed peer group using externally available information as well as comprehensive internal benchmarking exercise at group level for a multinational company
- Risk Assessment based on Transparency International’s global work on corruption, combined with functional and operational risk analysis in order to produce a risk map/report that identifies the risk “hot spots”; e.g. comprehensive bribery risk assessment for a global engineering firm including a review of the company’s anti-corruption material and surveying as well as interviewing to determine risks and effectiveness
- Research for organisations that require insight into corruption in specific countries, either for training, risk assessments or other purposes, e.g. where to invest.
