  • Full time (35 hrs pw)
  • Salary: £25,000 to £27,500
  • Location – Borough – London SE1

 About the role

 You will provide administrative support to the Executive Director, co-ordinate the administration of the Salesforce database, administer our membership scheme and provide administration support to the HR manager.  In addition you will act as the office administrator and conduct the initial troubleshooting for our IT systems.  Your key duties will include:-

  • Administrative support to the Executive Director
  • Administration of the Salesforce database
  • Administration of the membership scheme
  • Office administration and administrative support to the HR manager
  • Initial IT troubleshooting and liaison with our external IT service provider

 About you

 To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Database administration experience is desirable
  • Membership administration is desirable
